All prices cover shooting time and base rate travel costs. If location is more than 30 minutes from Plenty 3090 Vic, there will be a per KM travel fee included. Additional images and prints can be purchased at a extra cost. If you would like a certain package with specific print sizes please email me and ill create a pack for you.
What is a lifestyle session?
A.My lifestyle sessions are exactly what they are named after, they are created to suit your lifestyle. Whether that is bold and daring or peaceful and calm. I will be Capturing the beautiful relationship you share with your horse.
Where will my session take place?
A.Sessions can take place at your home or another favourite location of your choice. If location is more than 30 minutes from Plenty Vic, there will be a travel fee included.
How do i prepare for my shoot?
A.Make sure your horse is clean and dry. Giving them a good bath a few hours before the shoot will make their coat look its best in the photo.
It is up to you whether you want your horse plaited or not. If not, you might like to give their mane a brush and trim. Brush their tail as well!!
What to bring?
A.Please bring with you:
- A clean bridle or leather halter ( whichever one you would prefer your horse to wear in the photos)
- A towel for wiping down their face and body
-A rope headstall
- Brings lots of treats! Lauren recommends using sugar cubes, carrots or liquorice.
Lauren will take care of all the photographic equipment.
Where do fine arts sessions take place?
A.When booking your own fine arts studio session please keep in mind we need either a very large barn, shed or indoor arena for the best results. I need a lot of room to set up my equipment and to move lights around etc
What to expect during your photo shoot?
A.During the photoshoot, your job is to relax and have lots of fun. Your horse will react to your body language and you will get the best photos when you’re both staying calm and enjoying yourself.
Lauren will ask you to use the treats to get the horse’s attention, turn them on different angles etc! Your photoshoot will run the smoothest when you work at the horse’s pace, stay calm and relaxed.
If there are any specific angles or poses you’d like, please make sure you inform Lauren so we can incorporate them into the shoot.
When is payment due?
A.Full payment is due 24 hours before your session. An invoice will be sent out a few days before your session.
If I cancel, will i get my money back?
A.All bookings are required to pay a 20% none refundable deposit to secure their booking, with final payment due 24 hours before the booking date.
If cancellation occurs after this time, the full booking fee will be retained by Lauren Rossin Photography.
When will i recieve my photos?
A.For Prints and Wall Art please allow up to 1-3 weeks. For digital images 2-3 days, 1 week max.
Can i share my photos on social media?
A.Of course you can! I love seeing everyone enjoy their images, and I would love to be tagged.
